This post is to highlight helpful macros explicitly designed for rated battlegrounds.

 

This is a simple TC macro, but it can make your life easier. Now you are free to use your focus target for your focus target macros.

/assist [@target=<target_caller_name>]

/startattack

 

 

If you have a cc or interrupt then you can assign yourself (or RL can) offensive and defensive cc targets. These two macros again provide the benefit of not tying up your focus target which you can then use for flexible control BUT also allow you to use your ability on the correct target based on the situation incredibly quickly. You could also tie in a /focus [@target=] if you want to make that person your focus target as well.
